Although the menu always contains 'bestsellers' such as the award-winning Wild rabbit and Burrow Hill cider pie; Partridge and Pear pie; Goan Shellfish Xec Xec or Guinea Fowl and Marsala wine casserole, it also follows the seasons and makes excellent use of local producers' goodies. Meals are packaged in a single portion in foil containers suitable for the freezer. Larger quantities can be similarly supplied. Or if you prefer, your own dishes can be used and returned to you for storage in your freezer. If required, vegetables and accompanying side dishes can also be supplied as well as simply stunning puddings for a complete dinner.
