A drinks party with canapés is a fabulous way to entertain. You can add fun and variety to your menu that you might not normally offer at a formal dinner. Suzie adds to her list of canapés all the time, drawing inspiration from land and sea. You might enjoy classic canapés or you might prefer something quite unusual. Seated and served menus
For a less formal but equally impressive and delicious experience our ever-changing hot and cold buffet menus and fabulous puddings are sure to have something to please everyone. Try mixing a plated starter, a served fork buffet main course and a plated pudding and you can enjoy both the impressive qualities of a seated and served dinner with the informality of a buffet - the best of both worlds.
Bowl food is a novel idea for those who want to offer more than one main course, but served informally canapé style. Maybe you would like to have a mini portion of bangers and mash to be served alongside teriyaki salmon and glass noodles coupled with pan-fried squid with chorizo and pak choi followed by a number of mini puddings. Bowl food also dispenses with the need to provide linen, tables and chairs. A great ice breaker and good for the budget too.
